Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide to us through the contact form on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

2. What data we process
From the contact form we process the data you enter yourself:
- first and last name,
- contact details (e-mail and phone number),
- information about your project (building type, project phase, area, scope of cooperation, project description).
Upon submission, technical data (e.g. IP address) may also be processed automatically for the purpose of delivering the message and protecting against misuse.
If you use the AI assistant (chat), we process the text of your messages and replies, the page language, a random conversation identifier and a shortened one-way fingerprint of your IP address (we do not keep the IP address itself in the log). Please do not enter personal data in the chat; it does not need them.

Providing the data is voluntary. However, without contact details we cannot get back to you and handle your enquiry.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not disclose or sell your data. Data from the form is sent by e-mail directly to us. We use the following processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: operation of the website and processing of the form submission,
- Resend, Inc.: delivery of the e-mail with the enquiry,
- Webhouse, s. r. o. (Slovak Republic): operation of the mailbox that receives the enquiry.
- Anthropic, PBC (USA): generating the AI assistant's replies; it receives the text of your question and a few previous messages of the conversation, not your IP address,
- SomDoma, s.r.o. (operator of the Velios system, company ID 52088065, registered office Žriedlová 3363/10, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia): operation of the company memory (database) in which enquiries from the form and conversations with the AI assistant are stored,
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile): verifying that a human is using the chat, only if this protection is switched on.

Cloudflare and Resend are US companies, so the transfer of data outside the EU/EEA and its safeguards (standard contractual clauses / Data Privacy Framework) must be stated. The previous wording claimed that no external services are used and that no data leaves the EU, which no longer applies.]
5. Retention period
We retain enquiry data for the period necessary to handle it and for subsequent communication, but no longer than 1 year from the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first. Conversations with the AI assistant are kept for at most 90 days and then deleted automatically. If the enquiry results in a contractual relationship, we retain the data in accordance with specific regulations (e.g. accounting).
6. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right:
- to access your data and to obtain a copy of it,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing prior to withdrawal),
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and tracking
The website does not use cookies or analytics or marketing tools. The form is protected against spam by a technical method (a hidden “honeypot” field) that requires no cookies or tracking. If you use the AI assistant, a random conversation identifier is stored in your browser storage (sessionStorage, not a cookie) for the duration of the session; it disappears when you close the tab. If the website introduces such tools in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
If you display the 3D virtual tour, content from Matterport, Inc. is loaded at your request (by clicking); that company may process data about your visit under its own policies.
8. AI assistant and automated replies
The AI assistant's replies are generated by artificial intelligence based on the documents published on this website. This is not decision-making with legal effects or profiling, and the assistant's reply is neither a binding offer nor a professional opinion. You can ask to speak to a person at any time via the contact form or by phone.
Enquiries from the form and conversations with the AI assistant are stored in our company memory (the Velios system) so that we can reply to you and follow up on your request.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of effect.
